How do I request appointments?
All appointment requests will be made through our third-party website, Pet Pocketbook.
How long have you been in business?
We have been offering pet sitting and dog walking services since 2022!
What is your cancellation Policy?
For walks and drop-in visits, appointments must be cancelled through Pet Pocketbook before 8pm the day before the service is to be rendered. Otherwise, the full amount for the services will be charged.
How do arrival windows work?
For our services, we may arrive between a 1 hour arrival window for a scheduled service. This means if you request a walk for noon, we may arrive anywhere from 11:30am -12:30pm.
What areas do you service?
For walks and drop-in visits, we service areas located within 15 minutes of our home base in Haverhill MA. For overnight services, we can travel within 30 minutes of our home base in Haverhill MA.
What is Pet Pocketbook?
Pet Pocketbook is a third-party website that we use to keep track of all things pets! Clients are encouraged to request and keep track of appointments through Pet Pocketbook. All pet information will also be filled out through this platform. Clients also have the option to pay right on Pet Pocketbook.
Are you insured?
Yes! We are insured through Petcare Business Insurance!

How long will it take to be contacted after submitting a new form?
We reach out to new contacts within 24 hours after their form was submitted.
What payment methods do you take?
We currently accept cash, check, Venmo, or payments made through Pet Pocketbook.
Do you have emergency plans in place?
Yes! Your pet's profiles on Pet Pocketbook have everything from veterinary information to emergency contacts and medications in order to ensure your pet’s safety, health, and happiness.
